We went to Mama Mia on Saturday. The Movie made me want to leave for Greece right now!Wow! Beautiful! Meryl Streep was awesome. Pierce Brosnan should not sing out of his range. If you like The 50's musicals you will enjoy this movie.

There are many good things that have come out of all this rain. Fire danger is down on the hillside and the peninsula. Although the King fishing was not that great the Silvers look promising and I am looking to invest in a local umbrella company. That could be a winner!

I was grabbing a cup of coffee the other morning and the conversation turned to all the wet weather we have been having. The Barista reminded me this is just "Alaska Fair Weather" She was right! So what will we have when the fair gets here SNOW???!!!

There are too many movies to go see right now. Why is it feast or famine when it comes to going to the movies? I took my daughter to see WALL-E, man they have my number,concerned over a nearly smashed Cockroach! With all the cloudy days I don't feel as guilty about going to the movies, anyone seen Summer yet?

There were sure a lot of folks at the parade for the 4th of July. It was great to see friends that we had not seen in a while and then to be part of the 50th aniversary picture was awesome!
