Join the American Heart Association for our annual Go Red for Women Conference and Luncheon at the Dena’ina Center on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. Presented nationally by CVS Health and locally by Providence Alaska Medical Center and Alaska Heart & Vascular Institute, the event provides an opportunity for women in our community to gather together and take a stand against heart disease and stroke.
The day is filled with inspiration and information designed to raise awareness, inspire change and generate funds so everyone can experience good health and wellbeing. The morning conference features a bistro breakfast, health education seminars, a silent auction, red carpet photos and a health expo with screenings. The luncheon program will feature a keynote address by Chris Johnson, CEO and Founder of On Target Living.
Special thanks to our 2020 event chair Julie Taylor, CEO of Alaska Regional Hospital and our Executive Leadership Team for leading the Go Red for Women mission in Anchorage.
Heart disease and stroke remain the No. 1 killer of women, claiming more lives than all forms of cancer combined. We need to continue the fight and change this fact. Join us on March 4. Information and tickets at AnchorageGoRedLuncheon.heart.org
